OUR RETIREMENT ADVENTURE

High everyone. Well Barb and I retired two years ago from what some would be considered very stressful and demanding careers. Retirement however did not mean a sedintary life of sitting around watching the grass grow. Both of us love to travel, meeting people and enjoying new experiences.

We were looking for something that was completely different from our previous careers. I was a police officer while Barb was a Personal Service Worker working at peoples homes who required assistance with day to day living needs.

It also had to be something we could do together. As well we wanted to spend our winter months in a warm, snow free climate. Now what possible career could one find that was on a part time basis and offered the opportunities we were seeking.

The Coach Bus business was the answer.

Thats right folks I drive the Coach and Barb is the hostess. It is a perfect fit for us. The business is normally slower in the winter months making it a win/win situation for both the company and ourselves to take three to four months off during this period. Once spring arrives business picks up and the need for both full and part-time drivers/hostesses increase dramatically.
